Buying at auction is more affordable than you might think and provides an excellent opportunity to purchase quality items at competitive prices. Because Bruce Kodner Galleries, Inc. provides such a wide variety of specialty items potential buyers are encouraged to preview the auctions online or before the auctions at their Lake Worth gallery. If someone cannot attend a preview, experts are available to answer questions by telephone, fax or email. Also, clients who unable to attend the auction may still participate in the auction by leaving an absentee bid or by bidding on the telephone during the auction with a trained staff member. At the auction all potential buyers are given a printed auction catalogue published in advance of each auction which contains detailed descriptions of the property being offered and the pre-auction estimate of each item for sale.

Appraisals

Appraisals are available upon request and do not place our clients under any obligation to sell the property. In addition, all appraisals are conducted professionally and confidentially by Mr. Kodner himself. For over thirty years Mr. Kodner has worked with individual clients, banks, law firms and estate heirs across the State providing comprehensive appraisal services. Mr. Kodner has also acted as an expert witness with regard to appraisals and his expertise has earned him a reputation synonymous with professionalism and integrity.
